Fake Online mobile buy on wel come shop website

I had buy online mobile of rs 6198 on wel come shop  website  but i had received 1600 rs mobile  


The company does not answer me I had buy online on 23 December 2015 and I had received the product mobile on 27  December 2015 , and I had also completed request for wrong mobile receive on company website , also call company mobile number but first they told me I will receive my product on 31 December 2015 , then said 3 January 2016 I would receive , but still I can not receive .


Product : Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime 4 G Gold Mobile 


Among : 6198 ( Incl.Shipping charge )


 


Now I want to file case on company , chiting & Froud to me .
