I have been complaining about poor internet service and complete outages for my broadband connection UserID: 86brn

I had paid for a 3-month advance rental plan on 22nd April 2019 but have been facing issues from the May onwards. The internet frequently disconnects and runs at only about 2-5 Mbps of speed wherein I have paid for a 50 Mbps speed plan. There is a long list of complaint logs which they have closed without resolving them.

Even after multiple visits by their engineers the issues couldn't be resolved. I have been requesting them to disconnect my services and refund my money but they keep telling me that they do not have a cancellation or refund provision. They have been forcing me to use their services until the plan's expiration, i.e., 21st July 2019.
