D-Vois SSV Broadband Pvt Ltd. - False comittment to the consumer to sell their net connection

I had taken wifi internet connection by depositing Rs 1000/- as security deposit for router in 2015 for which the company had told us that security deposit amount will be given back whenever i deposit back the wifi router to the company.
Now when I am depositing the router back to the company they are telling me that Rs 1000/- have been deducted as rent from your account and you can keep the router. It is clear cut case of cheating by ION company owned by D-Vois Communications wherein they made false committment to the consumer just to sell their connection to the consumer.
When I called the customer service they denied taking my complaint and did not even let me talk to their seniors for which I have voice call recording.
My connection was also disconnected by the ION when I made complaint about the same wherein my account is well recharged.
It is my humble request to take stringent action and I should get my deposit back.
I have requisite proofs to prove my claim.
