I had paid fully for my one year internet connection by Airlink cpl net. During the purchase of plan they told about service and non stop internet for the one year and if sometimes connection problem then it will be solved immediately. As since the service started it works well for 15 days and then for 3-5 days it stops and we have to call custormer care and hit our head and waste our time. As I need internet for my work and its stops for 3-5 days I am losing my time and work and also pressure mentally that builds up to deal with Airlink Stubborn Custormer care representive. I have requested them to look under this matter seriously and solve the problem with my internet they didn't paid serious attention to it for 3 days they just told yes Tech will come in an hour and it will be solved but we waited fir tech 3 days and noone showed up and then again on phone i have to hit my head to make it work . After 4 days it worked and now again during my work it stopped within 15 days. As per my contract for 1 year internet service the connection stops for more than 3-5 days on every 15 days. So how to consider my payment for year if they cut my internet for 3-5 days in between? Also for my work I had bought / spend my hard work money to get full service that I was told then why they are not providing that ? For late payments they shut down internet untill bill is not paid then for my case if I had paid fully for year during the purchase of the service then why they are not providing me service for what they have charged me ? by not providing service for 3-5 days on every 15 day cycle they are taking my money and earning but not providing me my service and cheating on me by this way and taking my money . Also apart of money they are giving me mental agony and also i have to hit my head on phone complain on every 15 days . How can such companies work like this to their custormr?
