Connection is not working complain to Timbl Broadband

My internet connection is not working since 11 April 2019, I have logged a complaint on 11 April. I called them to look into this as cab indication LED on the router is not working, requested them to visit the site. I'm calling them and taking follow up on daily basis, tried to connect their senior concern person, dropped emails but they didn't respond on this. I personally call their local operation guy to resolve this, but none of their guy taking this on priority. Whenever I called them on customer care they told me, it will be fixed in the next working day or within a few hours. But still, the situation is same and no update on this, I request you please take of this matter and help me get resolve asap. Ticket ID: C074
