Complaint for porting my number from Idea to Airtel mobile number

They are not porting my number from Idea to Airtel because of below given reason.
The reason behind porting is Idea network is not reachable at my place.

First Mail
I have requested for porting the number 9312456614 on 4th April 2016 .
UPC : 393533
After several reminders and providing my IBM id and adhar card as address proof number of times, they told me that the UPC got expired and need to generate it again.
On 21st April 2016 I have generated the UPC : 754223 again. After several customer care discussion they always told its under progress.On 5th May 2016 , they finally provided me a Request No :605457103.
I din't get an call regarding address verification, same night they told me address verification is negative. Nobody actually came to check at my address.

Second Mail
Yesterday they called me for address verification and booked a slot for today from 11 to 12. But to my surprise nobody turned up. I didn't have any contact number to check with them.

Third Mail
I have again checked for the status of my number Port 9312456614. They again told the same story that the address verification is negative. This is highly disappointing because firstly nobody came for address verification. They fixed an appointment on Saturday on call from number 011409804211 for Sunday afternoon from 11:00 to 12:00.
I was there at my place (33 Main Bazar Najafgarh New Delhi – 110043) for the whole day. Nobody turned up. They have secretively updating the status of my Porting application address verification to Negative. I am so surprised or rather astonished the way you communicate to your customer. No SMS or call nothing for the status. All my Ids and address proofs belong to same address, I don’t find any reason for the address verification fail. I myself using an Airtel number 8130986312 issued on the same address. Kindly check few details with your address verification vendor Like when and what time did he visit the address? Was he able to reach the address and if not why didn't they call the alternate number? On what basis they can say, address cannot be verified?

Can you explain what do you mean by untraceable?
Kindly clarify when did a personal reach even near to the point a fore said address.
Is Najafgarh traceable.....nobody can deny that...its virender sehwag place.
Unless an until you provide me some basic information...I would beg to differ to your process.
Rather going to airtel store .....they will again tell me same story...after all you cannot verify it in 4 times...what make it different in 5th time.
I will prefer to take it to consumer court...in order to get compensation for all the ordeal I have undergoing due to your department.
