I had Port by old Docomo Mob No. 9041133350 into Vodafone postpaid at Vodafone Mini Store/Aggarwal Tele Services Dhuri on 30 Jan, they took me my PP size Photo n department's I-Card and gave me new SIM free n told there is no other hiden charge i have to only pay @ Rs 99 PM (+14% ST) n they will provide me 500 mint n 200 SMS free (Local) . on 10 Feb 2016 they activayed my SIM i i did my verification successfuly n Vodafone wellcome me to enjoy my connection . but after i found they acticated other plan than i demand .n on 16 Feb 2016 i got sms from vodafone that my verification found negative & told visit to nearer store . i went to Vodafone Mini Store/Aggarwal Tele Services Dhuri .Mr Baljinder told me its no problem n dont worry. but at 17 Feb i found my No 9041133350 disconnected . i called Mr. Baljinder on 750803290 again n again but he didnt listen to me ,after 3 days he gave me response that dont worry it will resolve but did nothing ,i called Mr. Aggarwal on Mob 9888493347 he didnt recieve my call ,at end he pick my call n told me to deposit Rs 1000 as security because my village is more than 5 Km away from Dhuri ( although even my Village is less than 5 KM by air & by Railway , even this condition was not noted me at time of taking new SIM from them). when i asked Mr. Baljinder n Mr.Aggarwal that you didnt give me any information about this at the time of taking new SIM & didnt signed from me any terms & conditon or didnt give any written instruction about this . they reply they are not responsible n i have to pay security Rs 1000, on 19 Feb 2016 at 1:55 PM i called 198 to customer care from 8054207861 they put me on hold and after 10mints of hold drop my call ,after calling again n again they give me NODAL Ofcier's Mob No.9988808816 . after calling so many times to this no. Nodal oficer pick my call n told me to depost Rs 1000 as security that was not told me at time of buying new SIM .now when i visit to Vodafone Mini Store/Aggarwal Tele Services Dhuri they threatened me to deposit Rs 1000 assecurity which was mentioned or told at initial time ,even Vodafone Mini Store/Aggarwal Tele Services Dhuri didnt give me any form to fill at time of taking new SIM n didnot signed any form from me now they are threatening that they will disolve n completly terminate my services n No. 9041133350. n they have disconnected my this Mob No.,new Conection was Totaly free so they give me new sim absolutly free at initial . but after activating 6 days of SIM are demanding for Rs 1000 as Security,due to all free there is no bill plz give me justise
