Dear Escalation Team,

Further to the below mail, it has been one year there has been no positive response from your side till date and my policy is again in lapsed mode. I request you to kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

To summarize here is the issue

Dear Customer Support,

I have made payment for one of my bajaj allianz policy with details as mentioned below using UPI payment option from my ICICI saving bank account no. 159001500787 against bajaj allianz policy no. 0305805046 on 16th october 2017. Its been five months and till date payment is not credited to beneficiary account as per their records i.e. bajaj allianz life insurance company. I have communicated several times to both the parties i.e. Payee Bank - ICICI and Receiver - Bajaj Allianz but there has been no satisfactory information provided till date. Even i have raised complaint in Customer Grievance Redressal Forum and case was closed by Bajaj Allianz stating that payment is not received customer is requested to make payment again.

I have checked with ICICI bank that payment is credited to beneficiary HDFC bank account no. 00070350012669 but bajaj allianz finance team is not accepting the same and today i have to make a fresh payment to avoid my policy being lapsed and loss of 2 lacs rs. as premium paid till date.

Please let me know the transaction status. If this transaction is still not processed somehow. Kindly revert it back to my foresaid ICICI saving account at the earliest.
