Propogation of false information inorder to make sales and denying service/Insurance and refund afte

We have purchased 3 Air conditioners from Nikshan Electronics on 13th March 2018 amounting to Rs: 1,27,500 with the bill number 0083343 using bajaj finserve. We have also insured all the three Air conditioners using bajaj's CPP Asset care policy by paying Rs:10779 per Air conditioner. I am attatching the insurance agreements of all three air conditioners with this mail. Our insurance started from 13th March 2019 , but nobody from bajaj or CPP asset care came to us for regular maintenance or service. After calling several times to bajaj one person came to us one week back and he said that our claim wont be valid as the air conditioner is in our Shop(commercial setup). During the purchase of the air conditioners itself we have informed the people of Nikshan electronics as well as the bajaj help desk and bajaj officials responsible for CPP Assetcare Insurance present at Nikshan electronics that the air conditioners are being purchased for commercial usage. We have also mentioned them the exact location of our venture, at that point of time they did not inform us about any restrictions in claiming the insurance for commercial usage nor it wasn’t mentioned in the agreement letter provided by CPP insurance and Bajaj Finserv . If any restriction was there in raising claim for commercial institution then the bajaj finserve officials or CPP Assetcare officials should have informed us when we told that these are being purchased for commercial usage, instead they said it was ok and will not create any issue and that was the reason why we purchased the insurance for a hefty amount. We did not get any service from Bajaj or CPP Assetcare even after paying Rs: 10779 per Air conditioner and now we are being told that we are not eligible for the claim even after paying the complete insurance amount. We have been cheated by CPP Assetcare by propogating false information to make the sales, and then denying to give the service and insurance even after payment of the full insurance amount which is Rs:32337. In that case there is no need or usage of paying money for zero services provided . The extended warranty is upto 12th March 2022 which would be of no use for us. I would like to request a cancellation of our insurance and refund full amount paid for all the three Air conditioners(10779*3 = 32337) and adequate compensation for the risk caused to us by CPP AssetCare, we have not availed any service from CPP Assetcare nor will be availing in future as the insurance itself is void as per CPP Assetcares norms which is not even mentioned in the Insurance Agreement. We have two years pending insurance against our assets and since CPP Assetcare claim that we won’t be able to use our insurance in the present situation we demand to cancel the insurance and refund the full amount of the insurance with compensation for the matter that we trusted in CPP AssetCare and any believed our Air Conditioners to be Insured against any risks, which are worth
Rs:127500, If any shortcircuit or anything has happened during these period even then CPP AssetCare will not provide any service to us stating the same reason which makes us cheated and humiliated. We do not see any meaning in paying money for zero service provided and and register our concern for the risk caused to us by CPP AssetCare. I am attaching a copy of the Insurance Agreement of one Air Conditioner with this complaint.
