I am purchasing My TWO WHEELER HONDA ACTIVA NO TN 22AE 0535 from the above company for the past several years.This year they recd payment from me for Rs. 1433 on 2-7-19. My policy expires on 4-7-19. They would have issued policy on 3-7-19. But till 22-7-19 at 15.34 p.m they did not issue the policy. I have contacted many times help desk of the company.But no response. Though I have sent several e.mails I recd only automated acknowledgment.Because of this I got severe mental agony and could not take my vehicle out due to non receipt of insurance papers.Lastly i have written an e.mail to the company why they issued the policy on 22-7-19 though the payment for the policy is recd on 2-7-19 morning. They did not care for e.mail. I am a senior citizen I want justice for my severe mental agony. Thanks. V. SUBRAMANIAN 9884369672
