Considering the heavy damage after the accident to Toyota Innova Car TN 01 AE 7678, we did not accept their option of outright settlement partial amount without production of service & repair bills. Having accepted the estimation bill amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- surveyor of the insurance company never denied the estimation either in full or part through e.mail confirmation. His verbal instructions to the garage owner to proceed with the job work as per the estimation now puts us in ackward position. After finishing the service & repair work, final bill amount of Rs. 1,27,483 was submitted against which only Rs. 32,027.47 was settled. No justice done by the Insurance company. Their teamwork supposed investigation is totally irrelevant to our claim. We seek justice through your intervention to recover the huge loss incurred by us
