Sir/ Madam,
I bought Motor cycle insurance policy in 2016 from Bajaj Alliance General Insurance Company Ltd. Policy no. is OG-17-3003-1843-00000003 for 3 yrs. My motor cycle caught fire and burnt completely on 07-11-2018. I have lodged claim in the company , they made survey and asked for some formalities which I fulfilled. But the claim is still pending. They are not willing to settle the claim. They are only raising queries which I had submitted earlier. Still they are not acting.kindly look into the matter and give suggestion
