Not cancelling my insurance after several reminders, I purchased a Ac of "Blue star"

I purchased a Ac of "Blue star" on 13/5/2018 and i made the insurance with a wrong conception.... It was told to me that the gaurentee was of 1 year but its actually of 5 years.... So when i came to know about this i wrote for the cancellation of my insurance on 23/5/2018 to dhanbad bajaj finance office.... And they gave me the confirmation message on 3/6/2018 in the number 9031130322...... and the insured me that Within 15 days they will cancel my insurance but till date they havent ...i have many times went to the office but they everytime told that they will exclude the insurance money and send the next months EMI..... And I m a old coustomer of bajaj finance i hve many times took things from bajaj finance and cleared my emi on time... And if they don't adjust my money and cancel my insurance within august and send me the emi without including my insurance money the next month that is in September then i shall be forced to take some legal against this....
