I have claimed my mobile insurance on 2018 June I have sent all the details they asked and after that in 15 working days company told that I will get my money to my give bank account but still not yet done iam calling them since the beginning every time they are telling in this week or next week or in the month end you will get that's it 11 months completed still not received
