Dear Sir,
I buy ergo insurance at 5th may for my new car Hyundai Eon (17000 rs insurance price)
After 3 month happened a car accident.
Car agency show full damage of car.
I called the insurance company for claim the car as per insurance amount.
Surveyor come and pass the claim and told to car agency to start work.
After one week insurance company call to car agency for stop the work.
His region behind is driving licence is not valid.
but during saleout the policy not any document which show driving licence is necessary during claim of policy,
Further ergo company 1 or 2 times start and stop a work.

Car no is HP-12L-2238
insurance company send a letter which is attached.
