Denied to settle my Vehicle claim no-3122052931 by Reliance general insurance

Claim repudiated stating 50% NCB taken in system while taking policy,reminder sended for paying extra Rs1392,But I have not yet received anything no phone call no hard copy,still I am ready to pay rest Rs1392 amount.
All these comes to notice after claim registered,
Mentally harassed like any, If one can pay his hard shaving cash of Rs 8369,If I was aware earlier ,I could easily pay the rest premium.of Rs 1369,
I am not hiding anything fro my side
