I have a travel insurance policy no. 4129/172425057/00/000 with ICICI Lombard that covers delayed baggage claim also.On my return from Canada i found my bag missing which was traced after 20days The insurance company is not reimbursing my claim as they say my bag was lost in mumbai the place of residence whereas according to KLM Airlines it went to Ghana via flight no 590 from Amsterdam.Pl do the needful so that i get mycompensation.Screenshot of the KLM chat is attached.
