I have Purchased A two wheeler from new GS Enterprises Vijay Nagar Ghaziabad on 21-01-2018 from cash mode and on same day it was insured by TATA AIG INSURANCE company after seven days Agency has not provide me Registered number of my two wheeler on 30-01-2018 my new scooty was stolen and complaint on kavi nagar than and log fir after one month from district court got Final Report for Claim but Insurance company had denied to pay claim because they Want Temporary number certificate But agency is not providing That certificate after one year same situation Kindly help me.
