Airtel DTH Complain Regarding DTH services disconnection

Dear Team ,
I made payment to Airtel DTH via GPay on 19-Aug-19 but on 24-Aug-19 balance became low n 25th disconnection happened . When I raised concerned to Airtel customer care they told they refunded 652 rupee ... Then I asked 3question.
1. I didn't request for refund
2. If refund happened they it should b in my account and should have been intimated.
3.Why refund happened for partial amount ?
Then I was asked my bank statement after several mails and call n got clear they did not refund and I urgured Airtel to provide apology letter as I asked my bank statemrnt which is against the privacy . And finally thing got settle after so many false promises but again services got disconnected on 11-Sep-19 . When I called customer care initially they started telling me recharge and when u asjed them to check further ... They immediately activated services . But customer care executive tried to make me fool and stupid whnever I called .
I requested them that I don't want a single penny and free services just give services what I rmhad recharged without any issue but they failed to do .. so I m simply asking them to provide return justification but they are not providing .. if I was celebrity or big personality they definitely would have responded
