Wrong bill received against account no. 3005113644

I have a residential house in western homes (janta nagar) in village jhungia( kharar) which is vacant from almost last 6 months and i am paying electricity bill on regular basis from the time i bought this property last year. Now suddenly i got the message from pspcl regarding bill of rs 10180 which has to be paid prior to 16th march.

I am not able to understand the reason of such a big amount instantly even no one is residing in the property. It is very shocking and i won't be able to pay such a big amount. Please share the reason and arrange to share the rectified bill asap to avoid delay in bill payment.
