Harrassment due to negligence/defficiency in service

Taken admission in year 2011 and given complaint to admission manager of withdrawal of admission after attending first day of college,as I was unable to attend college daily from modinagar to ghaziabad they said no fees will be refunded due to which I suffered mental disturbance as I along with a driver of car started attending college without my will and choice,again made a written complaint as not able to come daily by car from modinagar to ghaziabad as daily study is also very hectic, tough and of whole day but they said no fee will be refunded due to which I started taking medicines from a psychiatrist since then for 6 months I had taken medicine due to mental agony and harm of not letting me refund of fees,again within 6 months time I had given other written complaint but reply was same.
They promised me in the beginning of year to give international business as a specialization in second year but when second year comes they said there is no such specialization due to which I suffered mental agony,after one year summer internship project report I made according to faculty guidance but on presentation day they said its wrong I had again made the project report on faculty guidance but they had given me the lowest marks,due to stress and not of my will as I was attending college was unable to sleep for whole one year and my blood pressure raised to 200.i again complaint them but they said college has nothing to do with your health we will follow our procedure as it is.
This leads to grievances till now which I tried to get solved by e-mails, internet once they called me last year to college but again no resolution was given to me as I had given a written complaint letter of 4 pages to the director stating my grievances but they hadn't given me the copy of complaints neither any resolutions.so I request you to kindly have a resolution as compensation for my mental illness caused due to college negligence,fees refund with interest.Claim amount only include fees paid.my roll number was BM-011013,serial no.MGT/011564,id no. PGDM/1-720598533,session 2011-13
