I am sending this complaint from Bangalore. This is Jugaad. This complaint is against my internet service provider Spectra.
Last week internet was down for 1 week. Then we thought issue was resolved. But this was only momentary, internet has been down all day today too. There constant replies are it will be resolved by 5 PM, 7 PM, 9 PM, 10 PM. But service resume on their own time. I have asked for cancellation of my services and refund of my 6 months advance payment, but they claim it is not in their policy to refund this payment. I don't know what to do. Their internet doesn't work I have lost out on immense work from home. It has led me to lose out on business opportunities and the cost of harassment has been immense, I am requesting you to file a complaint get me a complete refund with damages. They have constantly lied about their service, and it has been extremely poor to say the least. I request you to please get me out of this misery.

I ordered food from Uber eats and I found that one of item was missing from it worth 180.
I called the Customer Support team to ask for the refund but they informed that they do not have any policy to issue the refund but they can take this as feedback.
I dont understand that if there is policy like that then the same should be open to the customer so that customer can avoid ordering food from this app and save his money.
