I have purchased Videocon LED Tv Model No VIDEOCON UHD-LED VNV55Q5495AP on 20-10-2017 from Vijay Sales, Piplod but just within fifteen days Smart Remote has stopped functioning and shutting down of TV anytime for which I have complained Nos of times, first was on 4th January 2018 (complaint No - SUR0301180032) but neither Vijay Sales Nor Videocon Industries have taken care to solve the problem even after their visits to my home several times.
Last complained was made on 16-09-2018 (Complaint No - AHM1609180080) for which I received reply "Dear Customer, your call has been cancelled (wrong allotment) Is your prod repaired?
