On 1st March 2018 i had booked a new package/offer by paying Rs. 499 through their website, but still i have not received any confirmation for the same. It is now 20 days left & i didn't received any confirmation not the status of the DTH connection from RDTV. I raised the issue by calling their customer care no. 18002009001 but the executives who handling the toll free no. are just giving the repeated answer as " will be provided the acknowledgment copy within 48 hrs". RDTV is not responding to any complaints sent to their email id nor on their "Enquiry/Complaints/Escalations " box. " I also saw in social media there is lots of complaints are raised against RDTV for not providing the acknowledgment copy nor confirmation for payment receipt NO status of the installation for set top box. Whenever i raise this issue in Facebook on Reliance digital tv page i only receive a call from RDTV & their customer care executive just giving false assurance as will provide the confirmation within 48 hours. This is same answer i am receiving for the last 20 days but till now i have not received any confirmation of payment done nor installment status. Its looks like RDTV is collecting huge money from peoples and not providing the services which they must to provide. Pls go through the Relaince digital tv facebook page in facebook you can find lots of complaints against RDTV. I request you to take some serious action on RDTV for not providing proper information for the booking done & check whether they are doing some illegal business as there is already huge amount has been collected from peoples which is almost more than crores.

    Reliance Digital TV is making people fool first they offered to provide DTH connection with HD channels for 2000 and no monthly charges
    They took pre booking amount of 499 and now it's more than 4 months and I haven't received anything from there.

    I have pre booked reliance digital tv on 11 march 2018 with pre payment of Rs 499.The company assured of installation to be completed within 45 days of booking. I hae called to customer care number of reliance digital many number of times but every te customer card executive gives time of 15 days for installation.It has already more than 4 months passed but no installation was done.I think our hard earned money has been looted by the company . A fraud case may be register against the company and money should be returned .My name is Vikram Sachdeva and booking id is 14518593.

    I have booked reliance dth on 1st March 2018 at that time company intimated in their site installation will be done within 45 days..but till date they have not installed it..when I have call their customer care they didn't gave any stipulated date for installation & when I have mail them on installation@rdtv.com they assure me it will done up to 31st July but it's all false. Now they are neither receiving my call nor replying my mail. They have made money from thousands of people who booked their service..Govt has to take action against them.

    Dear sir,
    I have very serious issue against my big TV connection. I just want to know who is the dealer at pune location. I called customer care 100 times but it's of no use. So kindly give me proper information about service other wise I will launch case against the company staff who were involved in this case and this will create a big problem to all of u.     last sms from you 3rd may connection will commence from 15th june-18 but no response till to day please inform me sa early as possible.
