Product missing inside package of flipkart. Twice.

When I got the product the product was missing.I opened the box and it was empty, only a piece of brick-like thing was there. I registered a complaint to flipkart. Today(25 July 2017) when I got the replacement product, it was again missing inside the packaging.
I am still a student and I cannot afford a new phone right now if i dont get the refund. It has been almost two months and it is becoming impossible for me to do away without a phone. Any help regarding this will be really appreciated.

    Hi Team,

    I have ordered Canon 185 camera and receive package on 16-August. However camera along with battery is missing inside the package. Every other parts are available in parcel. Kindly revert on it. Have raise compliant twice but it has been rejected. Kindly get back as soon as possible.

    My order id OD114870913054669000 I purchased a redmi note 7 from flipkart I get on 8 March 2019 when I opened the box I found vim bar inside the box also packaging was tempered I lodged the complaint on customer care where they say every time that product is intact seller would not fulfill replacement or refund.
    My money was gone flipkart cheated me I am mailing to customer care they are not responding please help me so that I may get my money back.
