Over the past two days, I got two nasty surprises from Uber in Kolkata, India. Both the times, I booked cabs under their Uber Pass offer and both the times the fare shown was Rs 99. But after I got off, once the amount deducted was Rs 273.84 (on 20.6.17 for a journey from Garia to Jimmy's Kitchen) and the second time it was Rs 308.78 (on 22.6.17 for a journey from my Brahmapur home to One Auto at Kalikapur, a distance of 7.9 km). What disgusting service!

    Pethetic service tat Uber is providing, we r a regular rider of Uber, giving almost 10 k business every month to Uber, ten also we r facing major issues,
    1- every time driver without waiting cacel trip which ultimately charge us 63.50 RS approx, here r few cab nos whose driver did tis
    Cab no_ 6016 cacelled after cming to location dated 05/07/17.
    Phone no _ 9718357944, this driver started t trip without the customer in the cab and after 5 mins he cancel the trip.

    2_ tere is no customer care no we can contact and complain.

    3_ most of t time driver deny t duty.

    I am a regular customer of Uber. And really disappointed with your services. your driver charged me thrice for the cancellation of the ride which was done by the driver without prior notice.
    Is this a way you earn money by robbing customers like this.
    On top of that thanks to your customer care numbers out of which none of them exist wow!!!
    Really angry with this deed of yours and this has happened with me for the 2nd time. My money is not just to waste or donate it to u..
    I want to talk to your senior executive with in 24 hours on phone.I know even after reading mails you people never reply just make peace fool like this.Either mail me the number or revert back on this above mentioned email id

    सबसे पहले कंपनियों द्वारा बोला जा रहा झूट की हम 5 ओर 6 रुपये किलोमीटर में राइड मुहैया करा रहे है जोकि कतई भी सही नही है क्या कभी आप ने अपने बिल ओर किलोमीटर को कम्पैर करा है नही ना आप तो बस इस बात से खुश हो कि हमे ऑटो रिक्शा के दाम में कार मिल गई

    1.उबेर
    बेस फेयर। = 42
    पर मिनिट। =1.58
    पर किलोमीटर =5.25
    10 किलोमीटर से ऊपर = 10/ किलोमीटर
    सर्ज। = 1 to 5 गुना ज्यादा

    2.ओला
    बेस फेयर। = माइक्रो 32 मिनी 32
    पर मिनिट। =माइक्रो .8 मिनी .8
    पर किलोमीटर =माइक्रो 6 मिनी 8
    10 किलोमीटर से ऊपर = 10/ किलोमीटर
    सर्ज। = 80 % तक ज्यादा

    यह तो हुई बिलिंग की बात आइये अब जानते है ये कम्पनीया ओर क्या क्या कर रही है ज्यादा तर स्मार्ट फ़ोन यूज़र्स को यह नही पता होगा कि जब वह कोई भी एप्लिकेशन डाउनलोड करते है तो ये कंपनियां एक एग्रीमेंट एप्रुड करवाती की यह कम्पनी को हम इजाज़त देते है कि यह हमारे मोबाइल की जानकारियां ओर डेटा ले रही है और इससे हमें कोई आपत्ति नही है आप के मोबाइल का पूरा डेटा हो जाता है लीक अब आप सोचोगे की यह संभव नही है या कम्पनी क्या करेगी ये सब लेकर

    तो आइये अब जानते है क्या होता है हमारे डेटा का ये सभी कम्पनीया हमारा डेटा आगे बेच देती है अब आप सोचोगे की कौन ख़रीदता होगा तो ज़रा याद कीजिये कि जब किसी बैंक या इंश्योरेंस या कार कम्पनी या अन्य किसी भी कम्पनी का फ़ोन आप के पास कैसे आता है और उन्हें आपके बारे में जानकारी कैसे होती है

    कैसे बेचती है ये कंपनी डेटा उदहारण
    भारत की 10 करोड़ जनता ने इन कम्पनीयो की एप्लिकेशन डाऊनलोड की है अब कम्पनी के पास 10 करोड़ कस्टमर्स का डेटा है ये आगे बेचने जाते है वह कम्पनी फ़िल्टर लगाती है कि उसके पास इसमे से कितने लोगों का डेटा पहले से ही है अब स्पोस 10 लाख कम हो गए तो 9 करोड़ 90 लाख कस्टमर्स का डेटा .10 पैसे से .50 पैसे या रुपये तक जैसी लेवाल कम्पनी हो उसे बेच दिया जाता है यानी .50 पैसे के हिसाब से 4 करोड़ 95 लाख में 1 कम्पनी को ऐसे ही पता नही कितनी ही कम्पनीयो को यह डेटा बेचा जाता है

    In morning,i Booked a ride but when I tried to contact that driver,his phone is out of range...we waited for 15 min.Neither drive contacted nor he came and you people considered as cancellation of trip and took charge from us when we booked another ride .Now we want our 52.50 rs. back. Otherwise we can drop this msg on facebook also.We have the proof that cancellation is from your side.And we had to pay 52.50+ 29=81.50 just because of your mistake after our second ride.

    You charged cancellation money from me but I cancelled my previous visit because you driver number is off and second driver not able to find the destination it's your driver fault.

    I have booked an uber pool for 49 rupees in the morning , from Amrpali Village Apartment to Leanport software Company which is of 8km Distance but i have been charged rupees 304 , really pathetic , My drop was last and during my drop the driver took one more pickup for which we have to travel 20 minutes extra because of that i already 1 hour late for my office due to heavy rain and at the end of the trip , the fare was 304 rupees, i didn't have cash at that time and the driver asked me to pay 304 rupees, i have paid him through paytm. Please take urgent action on it, going to discontinue with uber, refund my balance as soon as possible.

    I booked a cab on 20/07/2017 at around 8.50am. The upfront fee that i booked my cab with was Rs. 89/-. Due to heavy traffic, i asked the driver to end my trip and my upfront charges may be deducted inspite of the fact that I had travelled hardly 5 kms. However, i understand that i will still have to pay Rs 89/- because I cannot change my destination during my trip. The driver said that he cannot end my trip here but can do that only once he reaches the actual destination that I entered. I agreed and trusted him that he will end my trip and rs 89 will be deducted from my paytm. But to my surprise, rs. 489.79 were charged to my paytm account. Also there is no direct way that we can communicate with uber customer care which indeed is a very bad thing. And uber help is totally denying to refund my money.
