    I orderd a Samsung power bank 16800 mAh with LED Light (reference number080467756736261) on  27th march 2016 & bookmyoffers authorised delivery man delivered me a Mi power bank 20800 mAh  (which is a different product in fact duplicate product other then my ordered product) 



     I sent a statutory mail with attached photographs of product received, in this regard on 3rd april 2016 but they not taken any cognigense regarding this matter. It clearly shows bookmyoffers conduct.


       It is wrong and illegal business and in fact it is the crime under different  sections of indian panel code that you intentionally doing this.

    And in fact it is violation of consumer rights also.

    If you do not refound me my amount or send me right product which I ordered me with in three days from tomorrow. This will be shown your cheating and illigal business conduct.
