I have applied for porting of my mobile no. 9039496464 from idea postpaid to BSNL. I have already deposited Rs. 821 in advance for the same.
But unfortunately idea cellular has rejected my porting request with reason that My number has some outstanding amount due, whereas my account is -821Rs. That is i have already paid Rs.821 in advance.
