DEAR/SIR,MADAM
This is in regards to my relaince GSM postpoaid number (8955555550) which i had taken 5 year back from reliance on my name (Mahendra Meena). I have paid the bill till NOV 2017 to relaince GSM. and have the proof related to my payments. Now that reliance GSM has suspended their services from dec2017, and have gave the customer an option to port their number with some other network provider till 31Jan 2018. When i went to the Idea Gallery for my number portability, i was informed by the staff that 2 days back my number was allotted to some one by the name of Soni. Since there was a time frame of 2 months given by reliance GSM to their customer for doing the number portability, how can IDEA provider allocate my number to some one else with out my permission and with out even asking me if i want to retain the number or no. This is a very irresponsible behavior by IDEA team, as i am just not happy knowing that my number has been given to some one else. I want you to immediately re- allocate the number back to me as i had been using this number for the past 5 years Please do the needful and resolve the issue at your end. or else take an action against IDEA provider. Would be awaiting for your reply at the earliest.
