Hello,
My self Dilip,I have admitted my father G.Vijaya Bhaskar Raju in Narayana medical institutions Nellore for Heart treatment,under Arogyasri scheme provided by Andhra Pradesh state government.under this scheme, hospital staff & doctors have to submit the documents Arogyasri Trust regarding the surgery/operation/Treatment to sanction the amount required for the treatment.In Emergency cases they will take a tele-confirmation from the Arogyasri Trust & perform the surgery.post surgery all the required documents needs to be submitted to the Arogyasri Trust to sanction the surgery amount to the hospital.but due the hospital staff negligence, irresponsibility,carelessness they haven't submitted the documents to the Arogyasri Trust till now.its been a week now, but there is no proper & very rude response from the hospital staff & said they won't discharge until the amount was sanctioned. Due to delay in discharge my all other important works & my job is at risk now.kindly take necessary action on this indescent behaviour.
