My Father is Non alcoholic person and now he is having chronic Liver diesese.

When we were gone to cygnus hospital for treatment, then dr write a letter for pre approval from Star health insurance on his letter head stated that past history of patient having alcohol intake approx 10 year back, due to this star health rejected my this claim and also i am not able to claim in future. This policy has effected me with a amount of approx Rs.4.18 lac.

Please take necessary action.
