Under Warrenty service not providing by Jaquar Sanitaryware company

Dear sir/Madam,
It is submitted you that we have purchased some water taps of Jaquar company from S&S Enterprises Alwar on 25-10-2016 these taps has warrenty for 10 years.
But now when tap is not working properly the company is not providing services for repairing.
we have complained so many times to dealer as well as Jaquar toll free no. 18001216808
but no action has been taken till date
Please help us.
