sir i have purchased washing machine on 26.10.2018 vide invoice No: FABCE11900036325 the machine was booked through Flipkart, the company provide one year warrant with spares, November month the machine was not working, we called to toll free number and failed complaint, we followed several times to Mr.Prudhive (He is senior technician in vijayawada service centre) after one 1/2 month his technicians came to my house check the machine, they says one spare part to be replaced but the spare part not available us, we bring the spare part from head office, after the still we are followup several times they are not responding, kindly help me sir because my wife suffering lot.
