We ordered MI tv from flipkart and bought extendes warranty with it. When we faced an issue in the product,we contacted Flipkart. They sent their service person and found that issue is prominent and we must receive refund. However, even though constant promises from their end, we have not received any amount even after 3 months. And now they have stopped answering our emails and calls
