Sir,
On 25th Dec'15, I booked a modular Kitchen including a Chimney @ Rs.1,50,000 from M/s Kutchina,Guwahati by paying advance amount through cheques amounting Rs.75,000 (Rs.50,000 + Rs.25,000)on condition when the Flat get ready.
on 1st week of July'17 I approached Kutchina, at Guwahati office to delivery the said Modular Kitchen, but by showing their local office renovation they spent 15-20 days and after that they informed me unable to provide before Durga Puja (26th Sept'17) (planed to take possession of the Flat.
In this regard I contacted many times with customer care and concerned persons namely Mr. Subir Mazumdar, Mr. Kunta Banerjee. But they failed to give fruitful solution.
Also they are demanding additional charge of Rs.85,000 more with full payment before delivery and excluding chimney which was not possible for me to provide. For this by telephony and also with e-mail informed them to cancel the order and refund my advance amount, but they are not responding.
Also another point is that, unfortunately I have misplaced the order copy and when I asked them to provide a duplicated copy of the order, they provide me incomplete two page order copy where signature of me is fake.
So, you are are requested to do the needful so that I can refund the advance amount as early as possible.
