hi, it is very sad to mention that i have purchase new AC on 21 March 2022 from amazon pricing 46,000 which is almost 8 to 10 k extra then ordinary ac Now the machine has stop working right after 3 days i have complaint everything to amazon and samsung. both the Company are not taking it seriously and raising hand from the situation. Samsung is saying your warranty is void because you have call outside technician to fit but there is no problem with the fitting the product it faulty, they are not ready to accept their mistake and putting on me. i feel like helpless they are saying to pay 4k to 5k extra which they will repair the machine why should i agree to pay and let them repair i need replacement because they have given me faulty machine. i want your help to solve my issue please i am in big trouble 46,000 is not a small amount to let go.
