Hi Team,

I have purchase a TV from Croma in month of January'22.
Brand Name : HISENSE

I am facing an issue with the TV, where my display has suddenly stopped working.

I had raised a complain on Croma platform by physically visiting the store on 12th of November 2022, Where I was told that they will register the complain with brand and they will send a technician in 48 hours to resolve the problem. They further mentioned that the TV is under warranty, and assured this should be easily solved.

This complain was raised on 12th of November 2022. Till date I have not got any update from Croma team on my complain they give me a call in every 2 days and tell me they will solve the problem in 48 hours.

It is more then 13 days I have not got an update and on 25th November 2022. Croma team has closed my complain showing a status as resolved.

Request you to please help me with the same.
As neither Croma team is helping me nor TV brand HISENSE
