The amount deposited accounts details are attached in excel sheet for your reference.
He has submitted request letter for amount withdrawal on 27 June 2014. Further the plan got matured in Feb 2015 but till date has not received any response from your end regarding amount withdrawal.
Kindly check and provide the amount at the earliest.
