We have been facing quality problem in the product for last more than year and have called customer care to file our complaint. Even contacted the seller many times on phone and informed our problem. The engineer from the company comes and fixes the machine but again we face the same problem. Now, the company and seller both are saying that we can not provide service since the machine is being used at a commercial place. They sold the product against C Form and it automatically indicates that the products they sold is meant for a commercial space. So, they are shirking their responsibility of offering responsible after sales service. Actually the product is defective in quality and that is why they are making these excuses.
