Dear Team,

I am the UNFORTUNATE Owner of 2 MARUTI vehicles-HR26AE5755 and HR26BG7161. It is the biggest MISTAKE of my life as it is a NEVER ENDING loop to get these vehicles PROPERLY serviced.

1) Substandard/Refurbished/old Parts used by service centre- 2) Replacement of same parts within short duration
3) Poor Quality of Service-Car was serviced in Feb and WIPER was not fixed before handing it to the customer.
4) Cyber Crime-Replacing the original email with a new one, ignoring that I have mentioned timestamp of the original email.
5) Bad Customer service-Ignoring customer requested information, sending templates and removing the name of recipients from the email chain.
6) Mental Harassment-Due to delay in requested information and irrelevant arguments since 16-Feb-2019.
Money oriented Business -Original Job card estimate 30846/- and revised 10267/-...unacceptable difference!!
