My issue not resolved and my booking was cancelled.I was harassed with my family visiting nainital on booking date to stay.customer care forced me every time to cancel my booking and take refund but denied cancellation.My booking was 30days in advance and Oyo cancelled it just one day before checkin.I will apeal legally for compensation for my harassment.oyo is making fraud with customers byshowing their policy 'checkin for sure or checkin for free' see attachments.
