The concerned gas agency (Arunita gas agency) distributors are not doing there duty properly...its there duty to deliver the cylinder to customer's doorstep but they just handed it to the customer on half of its way...today as my gas refill req. Is resitered then they r just called me from the way at a distance of half kilomete then they answer so annoying and said that u hv to give n take the cylinders from this place...that is far frm my home..so i just requested to them to give it upto my home but they just ignored it...so i just want to change my gas service agency and request the consumer court to justify the same...
