Cylinder not received on time last three months I am not getting my LPG cylinder on time

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that last three months I am not getting my LPG cylinder on time. Whenever I am going to distributor office for my LPG cylinder, office staff said your receipt send to supplier so please contact to supplier. When I am contact to supplier yesterday, supplier said I will send your cylinder on tomorrow morning. When I am not receiving my cylinder next day also, so I am going to distributor office again for my LPG cylinder that time office staff said again contact to supplier.when I am said to office staff your supplier was not responding, that time office staff said this is your problem contact to supplier again & again and I am not getting my LPG cylinder yet.

I am totally refused by your customer service. What kind of service you provided your customer. Shame on you.

You are the distributor, supplier is also yours, why I am contacting to supplier again & again.

Please swot out my problem as soon as possible.
