Booked Gas cylinder sold instead of supply to me

I am a consumer of Ashoka Gas service Aliganj lucknow with CONNECTION nO. AG 4054 since decades.
I Ms. D K SINGH booked a cylinder on 20th of October. The receipt was shown generated on 21st but when I asked for the delivery, a message came to my number that has has been delivered on 20.10.23.
I am asking the agency whom they delivered but they are misguiding and not delivering me the cylinder.
Sorry to say that this malpractice is in haBit of Ashoka gas service aliganj.Please do the needful.
