I purchased an AC [WHIRLPOOL 3D HD 1.5 TON 5 STAR]for Rs 35200 on 02-03-2016 from a local retailer (UTKAL SALES) here in Bhubaneswar.

I am not at all satisfied with the cooling of that AC, This AC is not able to cool a room of size 12*15 sq. feet.
I have called the whirlpool customer care several times and their technicians came only 2 times, but their service was not at all satisfactory to me, even they were also not pleased with the cooling of that AC and said they will contact their head and the issue will be resolved shortly.
It has been 15 days no one has come or call us regarding this.
