I have ordered a bluetooth speaker from a e commerce site name called WWW.BIGBOSSOFFER.COM, they have sent me a faulty product later on I ask them to refund or replacement against the product they agree with that, after I have returned the product, and try to contact them they didn't even response me I have lost my money I never get any response from them, I would like to fill case against them as well. They using a big brand name on their site and sending fake and faulty product to citizen, I must ensure you they are totally fake product.
All the contact no are fake on their site, I have all messages proof. Kindly do advise me what to do on this case
