Sir,
I purchased a kitchen chimney from M/s Vandal Light House, Gandhi Market, Bathinda (owner Mr. Anil Vandal M.No. 9872235991) on 01/10/2019 vide cash memo number 2263 ft 01/10/2019 for Rs.8500/- with a warranty period of two years I.e. 24 months. The chimeny stopped functioning. Matter reported to dealer who refused to do the things and threanted you can go wherever you want even consumer court Bathinda. No courts can take action against us because we feed them. Kindly help.
