i had purchased one venus study desk 9403 for Rs 5690/- against tax invoice no UP7540108694 dated 24.06.2019. within a month mica on certain portions of the study desk developed bubbles. the buyer was informed and on 13/07/2019 mohammad aslam from the buyer visited our home and inspected the study desk. ( complaint ticket no HT31902654652).He recommended replacement of two panels and talked to chetan and deepak his seniors in company.but nothing happened again a complaint was lodged ( HT 31902758540) they informed that the defective panels can be changed only on payment .I seek refund of total amount as they have supplied defective /inferior piece to me.
