i have baught a kent ro from shree krishna weingh system ,tali waidhan on dated 7/2/2018 and i have insured my kent ro by bajaj finserv through cpp asset care and my kent waranty extended for one year extra.policy no is AC1088285.my kent has not been working since 22/04/2019 and i have complained to costomer care(cpp asset care).after that an officer from bajaj alliayanj(mob 8839334788)has contacted me and told me that company will not give charge of dameged parts of machine other than service charge.but in policy bond all parts of machine has insured .
