They did not refund our full security amount after commitment

I want to tell you that the Nestaway people who provided us the house In the meantime, the electric department took away the electricity meter because of unpaid dues from last 9 month, which led us to spend 2 nights without a light. And after failing to get any support from nestaway, had to leave home after 1 week. And I had to face difficult situations. And now I just want to return my September month's rent and complete security. Because we are not living in that house on 8th September because there is no light. And because of which we had to stay in the hotel for 7 days and had to take unnecessary expenditure. I just want to nestaway my whole month of September month and return the full security.i need my electricity bill copy on urgent basis,

AFTER THAT I HAVE WARNED THEM.
I'm going to do a case on nestaway, you have cut my 4000 rupees in the name of Electricity Bill. And did not show any bills. In that house, we have spent 1 week without electricity and had to vacate the house in the middle of the month after so many problems.

MY SECURITY AMOUNT WAS 9000+4500 RENT OF THE MONTH OF (SEPTEMBER 2017) AND THEY REFUND ME ONLY 7623 RS.
PLEASE CONSIDER MY COMPLAIN ON PRIORITY.
